A bad run ain’t one. If you are having run problems I feel bad for you son. I got 99 problems but a bad run ain’t one.
Had an absolutely amazing run last night. It felt so amazing! One of those where you felt you could just go forever. 3.3 miles in 35 minutes. Maybe not fast, but just what I needed!
